LymphaTouch Pro is a non-invasive clinical therapy device that uses controlled negative pressure and high-frequency mechanical vibration. A treatment cup gently lifts the skin and underlying tissue, while vibration helps mobilise tight, scarred or hardened areas. This supports lymphatic drainage, circulation and soft-tissue movement without heavy downward pressure.

As a C-section scar specialist, I offer safe, gentle and painless scar therapy to support healing, improve mobility and restore comfort following a Caesarean birth.
I trained with Hannah Poulton, one of the UK’s leading physiotherapists and scar experts, gaining specialist knowledge and advanced techniques for safely treating C-section scars and the surrounding tissues.
Each treatment combines specialist hands-on manual scar techniques with LymphaTouch therapy, an advanced medical device specifically designed to support scar and soft-tissue rehabilitation.
This gentle approach can help soften and mobilise scar tissue, reduce tightness and sensitivity, improve lymphatic flow and support more comfortable movement.
Every treatment is individually tailored, providing women with a reassuring and comfortable approach to caring for their C-section scar.
A C-section scar may feel tight, firm, sensitive, numb or attached to deeper tissue. For a fully healed C-section scar, LymphaTouch may help soften restricted scar tissue, mobilize adhesions, reduce pulling and improve flexibility around the lower abdomen.
It can also support local circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping to reduce puffiness and congestion.
Treatment begins only after the incision is completely closed and healed, with no scabs, discharge or signs of infection.
Gentle facial treatment may encourage lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness and enhance the temporary appearance of facial and jawline contours. It may also ease facial muscle tension, improve soft-tissue mobility and promote a fresher, less congested appearance.
These effects are mainly associated with improved fluid movement. LymphaTouch does not remove fat or permanently change facial structure.

By lifting rather than compressing tissue, Lympha Touch may help relax tight muscles, mobilise restricted fascia and reduce discomfort linked to soft-tissue tension. It can also support flexibility, movement, and sports or injury rehabilitation.
Treatment usually feels like gentle lifting, pulsing or massage. Suction and vibration levels are adjusted to suit the treatment area and your comfort.
A consultation is required, and individual results vary.

A gentle reminder.
This treatment is offered to support general wellbeing and may be helpful for uncomplicated fluid retention.
Please be aware that I do not provide lymphoedema treatment or management, or treatment for diagnosed or suspected conditions affecting the lymphatic system. This service is also not suitable during active cancer.
If you are experiencing persistent, unexplained or changing swelling, or have an underlying medical condition, I kindly recommend seeking advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before booking.
